Ingredients:
Brown rice 100 g.
Soya 100 g.
Oats 100g.
HOW TO MAKE POWDER:
First You Take a mixer grinder.
Add the ingredients to the mixer.
Mix 2 or 3 minutes.
The ingredients purely powered.
Take a bottle and add the powder to the bottle.
HOW TO SERVE :
Serve 4 or 5 scoop powder and add hot water to the powder.
And shake well.
Serve after the workout.
