      We are not talking about peanut butter with jam and white bread. You can make a simple sandwich with peanut butter in whole grain bread and even mix it up with chicken. PeanutButter is a great source of protein and healthyfat.

3.Fish

        Fish is somehow not taken serious enough by many, but it is one of the greatest sources of meat and should definitely be in yourmuscle growth diet. It holds a great amount of proteins, as well as being rich in omega 3 fatty acids. Almost all the fish varieties are great, but salmon is preferred by bodybuilders because of all the minerals and nutrients it contains.

4.Lean Meat

     That is right, Lean. Lean meat is another awesome source of protein as well as containing a lot of the other essential minerals and iron that you need for a healthy body.

5.Bacon

      This might surprise you, but bacon is one of the richest sources of proteins you can find. However, it also contains a lot fat and should be kept on a low, but works wonders as a variety.

6.Egg

       You can make an excellent breakfast with eggs and bacon. Eggs do not only taste great,but they also contain a lot of proteins and healthy fat. And it is one of the easiest foods for your body to breakdown for your muscles.

     Your muscle growth diet should consist of a combination of proteins, fats and carbohydrates. Carbohydrates are especially good in the morning, before your workout andright after your workout with a protein shake.
         
          When you are out with your friends, you will bechallenged with a lot of non-muscle building foods. Though some of the fast foods contain a lot of proteins, they are also full of saturated fats, which we want to avoid.
     
          There are always healthy alternatives and most of the times; you can ask the waiter in the restaurant to tell the cook to make a special meal for you.
