How to Build Muscle in My Legs – 2 Things to Work On!

If you are asking your self this question how to build muscle in my legs you are asking yourself the right questions when it comes to muscle building. So many people looking to build muscle tend to forget that the legs are abig part of the building process.

In this article I’m going to give you 2 things you need to work on to help answer your question how to build muscle in my legs.

Training Tip 1

The first tip I’m going to give you on leg muscle training is to focus your attention on squats with high amount of weight. By performing squats with high amounts of weight you will stimulate the muscle to grow stronger.

If your having difficulty with using a high amount of weight on the squat rack you can also try to do leg extensions with high amounts of weight. By incorporating these two leg exercises in your workout you will seegreat results in a short amount of time.

Training Tip 2

When working out your legs don’t forget to incorporate an exercise for your calves. Standing calve raises are a great way to build up muscle in the legs. For instance get a small step stool one that you might have in the bathroom and hold weight to your chest. Then stand on the stool and start to work the calves. Increase your weight each week and again you will see great results.

Note:If you want to start building muscle don’t just focus all your efforts on your upper body. Working the lower section of your body will bevery beneficial to your success.

Decide      Decide what you want to get, be specific, for example “I want to gain 20 lbs of lean muscle mass” (9 kgs ac...
